Diffusing essential oils is a great way to uplift spirits, manage stress, and create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
While I often think of the therapeutic effects of what I am diffusing, I also like to try different combinations based on seasons and food cravings. A fall blend? Pumpkin Pie? Yes, please!
I try to always remember to diffuse up to an hour (30 minutes for a small space). I have read different theories and thoughts, but this time seems to work for me. After I take a break from diffusing for an hour or so, I will turn the diffuser back on if I feel the need.
